Ms. Aditi Pandey is a non-executive director with AWF and currently heads Partnerships and Communication at CDD India. She has 15 years of experience in the fields of environmental and social issues. She is a trained social worker from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Ms. Aditi Pandey is known for forging strategic partnerships across various stakeholders and creating ground impact. In the past few years, her focus has primarily been on environmental issues, climate change, gender, and social equality.
Ms. Aditi has designed unique programs to solve challenges around these thematic and and secured partners and resources for the same. She is among the few Indians trained in nature-based Solutions from the Smith School of Enterprise and Environment, University of Oxford. Ms. Aditi Pandey holds two postgraduate degrees from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, specializing in Globalisation and Labour Studies and Mass Communication in Community Media. She also holds a PG Diploma in Women and Gender Studies.
